Researchers analyzed more than 14 million social media posts from accounts in Canada and found that 87 per cent of conspiratorial claims come from influencers, with just 100 users responsible for nearly 70 per cent of online conspiracy claims. Users on Elon Musk’s X were the biggest culprits.
Israel doesn’t represent “the Jews” Israel is a settler colonialist state that relies on pseudoscience and supremisist ideology to justify the genocide and annexation of indigenous lands. The fact that YOU brought up Jewish people using a racialized slur to project an inference of bigotry on me is highly suspicious conduct. For the record Jewish people across the world have spoken out against the state of Israel for their actions. I find it very cowardly that a state can somehow claim the identity of a diverse group of people and use them as a shield for their nefarious agenda. Israel is putting Jewish people at risk and that is sickening
Yeah whatever… I don’t know why you guys bother with the dog whistling at this point. The “anti-zionism” movement is clearly just a rebranding of antisemitism, it’s only people that have been suckered into it that insist it isn’t. There are already very clear signs that post-Trump the fascist movement will go down the antisemitic route. The usual antisemitic fascists are already using the term “zionists” when doing their antitsemitic conspiracy theories (see Candace Owens for example) and “socialists” are flocking to them.
Hmmm… socialists joining a fascist movement because of antisemitism… history doesn’t repeat, but it sure does rhyme, doesn’t it?
