A Canadian podcaster lashed out in response to members of the U.S. men's hockey team shaking President Donald Trump's hand after winning the gold medal.
The single most important purity test is Trump. Abraham Lincoln, Ghandi, Martin Luther King Jr., Mr Rogers, and uhh Eleanor Roosevelt would instantly become terrible people if they shook Trump’s hand, regardless of anything else they did or accomplished in life. That’s how it works. It’s like King Midas kinda.
Doesn’t surprise me tbh. I’m pretty cynical about powerful people in general. I think if we knew everything there are very few who would survive with reputations intact.
