This game looks like a lot of fun, but who in marketing approved that disaster of a title? It sounds like a straight to VHS children’s Christian video tape your grandma surprised you with after a visit to the dollar store in 1992.

Bravely Default, Octopath Traveler, Triangle Strategy, Various Daylife… Usually, they just stick with the project name and people made fun of them over it for years. Turns out keeping the project title was a good choice as they can’t name games for the life of them.

Probably Elliot sounds cool and exotic to a Japanese person. Like how Taro Yamada sounds exotic in English but is basically the John Smith of Japan

People have been saying it since the game was announced but at this point it feels like it’s too late. Maybe it sounds better in Japanese but boy is that title long and boring. They should’ve just called it “The Millennium Tales” and gotten rid of the first half.

Either way, the game does look pretty awesome. Nice to have a classic action RPG in this style instead of another turn based RPG.
