Divide price by volume. Some grocery stores even do it for you in small print on the shelf label, look for the little (example) $1.27 / 100g. Note some things are in kg, just move the decimal point (gotta love metric).
Be wary of low volume units, they are usually worse value than the equivalent product in a larger volume. It can get pretty crazy, I’ve seen things twice, three times as expensive in some cases, like $8 for 100g versus $12 for 400g.

Should be illegal to charge such insanely different prices for exactly the same product just because of the size of the bottle. I get buying in bulk should be cheaper (think 5gal pail of mayo at Costco) than single servings but come on. What’s the cost difference to the manufacturer between 750ml bottles and a 2L bottle.
