I must say I appreciate that Arenanet does not want to repeat what happened with Guild Wars 1 and they plan on supporting both GW1 and GW2 while running GW3.

What I got from their video is:
-New content for GW1, port to phones (insert meme here). So continued support for as long as it is viable.
-Full rework of the Current GW2 (bug fixes, changes, etc…), +1 Orr map and a new expac after the launch of GW3. So full continued support so long as it is viable.
