The RCMP can apply the lessons it learned at an Israeli military seminar last year to “Canadian law enforcement contexts.”

Canada has/had perfectly effective gun laws and it’s the RCMP who are incompetent. Personally I never cared about all the ‘scary looking’ guns getting banned. Those were all range/show guns afaic. SKS is a true weapon of war though. Half gun, half club, half spear. Perfect for asymmetric warfare in the Canadian wild.
