Hello friends, I’m slowly working on adding a french flag (and potentially the francophonie logo on the white part) above the Canadian one you have on the bottom left of the canvas, hope that’s okay!

@Undearius@lemmy.ca did a design in a previous year, and it might be fun to build on that:

Once people have an idea of what we want to do, we can add it to the CoTemplate. If we decide to relocate from our current location (as our current spot is quite small), the lemmy.nz area looks nice right now :)

The cotemplate site has a button near the top where you can copy the image link, and then paste it in the template field on Canvas (be sure to set the x and y offsets to 0). Then everyone knows exactly where to place pixels (or not 🪿)

Would a burning maple leaf, with smoke “particles” (pixels) spreading over the canvas (politely, not defacing) be too poignant?
