I would guess this means Xbox likely found a bug that they won’t allow the game to be released with. Xbox has the most rigorous testing requirements of all the consoles for developers to release games, believe it or not. Its not really for game stability but more for security. You submit a game or update to them and they check it to make sure its not malware/going to brick your Xbox/etc. If they find something they don’t like, they tell you to fix it and then resubmit it. Whatever this backend feature is that isn’t working (MTX cash shop probably) likely is causing a major security issue.
