Steam Achievement lists for major titles like Persona 6 and Kingdom Hearts IV have surfaced on Exophase, a site that specializes in trophy and achievement tracking.

Was a wild couple of hours on gamingleaksandrumours on the forbidden site. Somehow Final Fantasy 7 and Code Veronica stayed safe.

For anyone curious: KH4 achievements basically revealed all the worlds, the final boss, and some other story things. Persona 6 had achievements for fusions and missions that give away plot points. Proceed with caution if you care about spoilers for any of the games on the list.
