Super interesting that Gilmore stated that her subscription list took a nose dive while centrists maximized criticism of her progressiveness.

Canadian Centrists have gone completely nuts. Insane hard right turn.

Imagine if a left-wing outlet released an article titled “sharia law tells us what to do about poilievre”

Not a good comparison even if I agree with your point.

Left-wing outlets would use more contemporary philosophy.

      Poilievre isn’t Muslim.

Resentment seems to have been given us by nature for defence, and for defence only. It is the safeguard of justice and the security of innocence. It prompts us to beat off the mischief which is attempted to be done to us, and to retaliate that which is already done; that the offender may be made to repent of his injustice; and that others, through fear of the like punishment, may be terrified from being guilty of the like offence. It must be reserved therefore

Why is no media talking about why the National ComPost employs a convicted felon pardoned by Trump??

Maybe because the National Compost is just a right wing rag.

The National Post is owned by PostMedia, an American-controlled media conglomerate that has been pushing a hard-right, pro-Trump narrative in its many Canadian papers. None of the PostMedia owned papers is going to say anything against other PostMedia papers, and the non-PostMedia papers are just too pusillanimous to speak out. I personally think that Canadian papers should not be allowed to have non-Canadian ownership.
