Wait, some of them did get a phone?
It’s some existing phone made in china years ago with a custom wallpaper as background.
Also, the TOS clearly stated that receiving any phone with any specs was optional and not guaranteed and no refunds given, even after you paid full price for it.
The TOS read like it was written by a lawyer who was told that the product was very unlikely to be ever made, and just a cash grab.

Oh yeah, I remember hearing someone get their hands on one. I guess that should have implied to me that at least some people got them. But sometimes I’m dense. lol.
