Also, to be clear, the post itself has no ads and no monetization whatsoever. This is not self promotion for any scope than to share my experience on a controversial topic.
LazyNVR was started without any AI assistance… Both use of ai and the rule came afterward.
Also codeberg did not have a clear cut “no AI policy”, only when the AI use causes significant storage cost or abnormal development pattern.
For example, I think small AI experiment on mostly hand written codebase or AI validation of handwritten code are still allowed on codeberg.
Yes, my use case seems to be accepted indeed.
I hope so, because otherwise they are going to be empty quite soon.
