This would be an excellent idea! It’s not for all cases but this could be adopted where it makes sense 👏

    The time lost switching the mode of transportation is probably way higher than the theoretically higher number of passengers. With the cable cars you can easily switch lines in the same station. There are no gaps.

      Public transit should be frequent, especially in a city of 2 million people. Waits should be no more than 10 mins to change lines. The trams may be slower for an individual however they are faster for everyone as it pulls people out of cars. A capacity of only 4000 people per hour is basically nothing in a city of that size.
