I heard OpenCloud is basically only the file server part of Nextcloud. Never tried it, though.

Mumble never tried to get feature parity with discord. If all you’re using discord for is voice mumble is a perfectly adequate replacement.

Some noise, desaturation, maybe a few scan lines, add a date and runtime overlay and you’re probably most of the way there.
