After jellyfin super is added, I think it might be useful to have a way to just point it at an smb share and select what to clip from there.

Not likely to be solid proof of who voted for who, since that’s usually prohibited to prevent vote buying. Though you could certainly scour socials for admissions.
Raid 6 takes longer to rebuild but not twice as long, more like 45-50% longer. And raid 5 can’t tolerate another drive failure during the rebuild. With new drives I do use raid 5 (z1), but with used drives I’d want that extra assurance.
If you’re getting used drives I’d recommend running the array in raid z2 or raid 6 for more parity drives

I wish I had bought one of the 3g docomo versions before my country shut down the 3g network.

Um, social engineering is hacking . . . inextricably so.

I’ve heard of some younger kids getting into older digital cameras and camera phones. Apparently it’s like having an (old-timey) Instagram filter built in.
Not sure if that’s the reason, but I know I’ve done jailbreaking and odd tech stuff ‘just because I can’

Yeah, it kinda seems like RSS died shortly after Aaron died

One of the benefits when I used to use RSS was that the feed could be updated and cached so articles could be read when you don’t have an active Internet connection. Not as big of a deal these days, but a decade ago cell networks were spottier and free Wi-Fi wasn’t always available.
I always loved how pulse layed out each of the feeds and showed the headline and first image of the article.

Yeah, and it was before everyone and their mother had smartphones, so I can only imagine what magnitude of info they’re privy to these days

Whatever software or algorithm they use to send you coupons for baby bottles & diapers before you even know you’re pregnant?

eBay has plenty of x86/x64 computers that don’t technically support Windows 11. An old Lenovo desktop/sff with a 7th gen i7 could be a pretty cheap entry point. 8th Gen and up will be more expensive since they can still run windows 11

Can you just turn the robots.txt into a click wrap agreement to charge robots high fees for access above a certain threshold?
It’s an interesting concept, but the pvp was a huge turnoff. Maybe it’d be different if there was an option to form an alliance or truce while above ground, but then it’s just PvE with one massive team.

Only thing I could see happening is a civil suit from a company licensed to use the ground to satellite frequency who experienced unwanted interference. Not sure if they’d have to prove actual damages or be allowed to just seek punitive damages, ianal

I’ve used the degree black/white deodorant stick for years, but the store was out last time I needed more so I got the spray on version. Spray on seems to last longer; great for camping trips where showers aren’t available.

What would take longer to kill them, starving or the allegedly guaranteed death from releasing them?
Seems to me that they’d stand a better chance in the wild compared to being left in a tank to starve.

What like the songs or Kindle books that can be removed from your library next time your computer logs onto the Internet due to a licensing dispute?
With more games and systems requiring online access every X number of days, downloads don’t mean shit.
And the xg mobile port now has an open source pcie dock for the xg mobile connector. You can upgrade the GPU and have 4.0x8 pcie lanes
