  • I have my favorite teams and sometimes I liken sports as a form of escapism. But, I do not ever religiously watch sports shows, listen to a lot of sports networks and actively follow anything closely. I am only there when the World Series, NBA Finals and the Super Bowl happens.

Can’t say I’ve ever attended a game, paid a ticket, bought any merch and whatnot. All of that just sound like money sinks to me. I am as minimal effort as they come when it comes to sports.

I think quite frankly, that athletes are simply overpaid. I always often wonder as to how much of their salaried contracts could go to better things than just dumping multi-millions into a few year long contract. And trust me, I get it, it’s a lot of hard work for an athlete to be in shape, remain in shape and deal with the grueling travel and schedules of some leagues. But, still, we’re talking millions to people who’re all set for life, regardless unless they turn out to be trainwrecks of human beings.

  • I don’t know if it’s so much fear of commitment than it is just trying different people and everyone is allowed to do that whether you like it or not. Sorry, that’s just the dating world in practice. People only have one life to live and they will take all of the time of it, to find someone or not, whether it means having to go through multiple people.

So I find it a bit misleading that you use the idea that it is all about being afraid.

Also, your ex did you a favor and was at least honest. That’s far more mature than anyone who simply just won’t give you that clarification. What it meant is that you weren’t exactly 100% up to par with what she expected or who she looked for. You were probably a modest percentage to warrant being liked.

  • I don’t know how I managed to have gone through the game as long as I have. I got it for free when it was a giveaway on Epic. I feel that’s exactly the right price because really, it’s just an almost do-nothing but move slightly and just pick options kind of game. Got boring fast.

It started being really ridiculous when I got one character, a skeleton that threw bones, up to the point where all I see were just numbers, gems and other flying things from the abilities I picked. It just got comically stupid but still boring at the same time.

This game’s entire premise, was that it’s supposed to give you feel-good moments without having spending money like you normally would on mobile games. It behaves like a mobile game without MTX. But I think its problem is that it retains the other problems that mobile gaming has than just MTX, such as time-wasting, cheating you of your dopamine and all that.
