So beeing accused of downloading a song would allow the police to backdoor your phone/computer/infrastructure… same with stealing an apple because you are hungry and calling a politician, for example the Turkish president erdogan, a fragile, narcissistic egomaniac in a poem (“Schmähkritik”).

Wouldn’t something like a T1000 (50w/8GB) be okay? I know I use a much older matrox card (30w?/ w/ even lower TDP) for this purpose. It’s not great, but it transcodes in hardware.
