Some large stones and some epoxy strategically placed in the road to let all the local residents get to their driveways from one end or the other but not enough space for cars to get between them. Perhaps some large plant boxes made of cement stretching across the street except for about 3 feet / 1 meter. If the city moves them just put new ones in at night. Get your neighbors onboard if you can.

Even if we dumped all online transactions and used cash for in person transactions, there isn’t enough cash in circulation. Less than 3% of US dollars are printed on paper. The rest is just numbers on spreadsheets. There is no way we could function without electronic payments. This is true in almost every country that has a central bank that engages in fractional reserve banking.
