@otters_raft You get into a situation where law enforcement needs to find something to justify it’s existence and interdicting ED drugs is surely safer than fentynal where guns and the like might be involved and people are actually dying.
@Sunshine More likely to cause them than to stop them, at least lightning. It is largely the movement of water droplets that build up the static charge that leads to a lightning discharge. Causing to rain could help the forest fires after they’ve started, but cloud seeding won’t reduce lightning.
