I’m skeptical that people like the ai porn because it’s off and there’s multiple perspectives in the same photo, also ai porn have a consistent art style element that persists. The human brain craves novelty and I think that ai porn will bore people in the long run.

My take is that the Issues with check’s is that it requires people to enforce the check of power. Idk if state courts are any better than the supreme Court, most likely the state courts couldn’t do anything with the high threshold.
