Ummm it’s the republicans who are making the false Nazi claims and devaluing the term (eg calling Democratic governors Nazis enforcing Covid lockdowns, insisting on vaccines for government jobs, accountability for Jan 6 riots).
It is the republicans who attack minorities, scapegoat migrants, neglect the disabled, abduct people, openly seek revenge on journalists, promote racial purity, support the AfD, ie the Nazi stuff.

Those points do not apply because there is no targeting.
UN clarifies that, in genocide, victims are targeted because of their real or perceived membership of a group, not randomly.
