The Discovery Place strata at 3970 Carrigan Court has won a court battle to make The Harrington strata next door pay costs for a shared pool and other amenities.
So… I presume between 2019 and 2026 most of the Harrington owners have sold to unsuspecting buyers who were unaware of the extra costs they were assuming.
