I don’t disagree with you either. I want Canada to shine on the world stage as well. It’s nice to show off our architectural prowess and how we can achieve great things. But they’re just monuments.
But I’d rather it shone like the Scandinavian countries and their socialist policies and how they treat the roles of government representatives as actual civil workers than some kind of elite position of power and control.
