I’ll admit, I skimmed their re-counting previous elections using a PR system analysis because I think voters fundamentally vote differently under PR vs FPTP. FPTP often incentivizes voting AGAINST parties, whereas PR often incentivizes voting FOR parties. For example, in the last federal election, the LPC wouldn’t have got such a big anti-CPC vote under PR. Moreover, Ontario has always split the Libs and Cons at the federal and provincial levels in the last 70 years or so, minus one election with Bob Rae
Headlines are all those seeking bias confirmation need - they often stop reading right there. “Conservative” media owners know this, as Fox has long used the method on their sites. Who owns this publisher?
The CPC is the party they were talking about, who would win more under a different system.
In reality, there would be coalition NDP/Green/Liberal governments some of the time, and quite possibly more than one Conservative party, each of which could also be in coalitions.
