I opted to link to Wario64, because he already pulled out the stuff we’re interested in from a pretty dry report. The next Kingdom Come is expected to be titled “Salvation”, and based on the development timeline, I would expect it to reuse some characters and locations from KCD2 but probably not Henry of Skalitz.
Do we know what the new Darksiders is gonna be yet? I hope it’s a “going back to the franchise roots” situation and not “a new direction” situation.
First Darksiders was peak but the franchise went on a puzzling and steady decline after.
Now that DMC5 sold +10M copies, I hope fun air combos are back on the menu.
As someone who started with DS2 and it also being one of my first ever titles it will ever have a special place in my heart.
1 and 3 were okay in my experience. 1 because it was a bit old and clunky, 3 because it was just a bit mid all around. If this new title goes back to the roots I’m not going to be mad about it!
