What FOSS app do you use guys to measure health? app for tracking steps? meaby one for sleep tracking Any recomendatitions?

Their hardware support is quite good, I still use my old watch I bought many years ago on sale (it was already old stock by then) so you don’t really need anything new or fancy (and expensive)
