I wouldn’t be so sure about that. MAGA loves to shoot itself in the foot. It does it nearly every day.
Yet they still believe they have a foot left to stand on.
True, it may reach a point where most of the party leadership believes their own bs. I think a significant portion of them now are grifters though.
