GWAR is a band of intergalactic outlaws of the planet Scumdogia, their late frontman, Oderus Urungus, was born from a mother that was a Petrie dish and a father that was a supercomputer. Oderus lead GWAR to seek refuge on Earth. They crash landed in Antarctica, where they still call home, however they are known to vacation in Rocking VA.
They now travel around the world playing music for lesser life forms. During their concerts they are known to bring various pop culture icons and political figures onto stage and behead, or otherwise execute them. In doing so they always endure the crowd is bathed in the blood of the sacrifice.
Since Oderus’s death in 2014 GWAR has been lead by Blöthar the Berserker. This year has also seen the return of Oderus’ pet dinosaur, Gor-Gor, who was born after its egg was injected with crack cocaine.
