I lost all interest in the entire series when they were chasing the fleet and shooting lasers in an arch…to combat wind resistance in space, I guess. Oh man, I laughed (unintentionally) when I saw that. I almost walked out of the theater.

I told my mom the same thing about celebrating his death. I suspect a lot of people with spontaneous fireworks will let everyone know the day with even more fireworks than on the 4th.

My take: Conservatives fear liberal/progressive societal advances more than they fear fascism. It’s the same way the DNC fears progressives and would rather lose the game than give progressives a platform. Conservatives love big business and fascism is the result when capitalists fear societal regulation and conservativism seems threatened.
