Today’s game is some more Assassin’s Creed 3. I’ve been working on clearing the DLC. I made it about half way through. So far the story has been a bit mediocre, but I am really loving the new gameplay mechanics. I think in a base game they’d get old fast but in a small DLC like this? They’re a blast because they’re these cool overpowered tools that bring up the scope of what you can do.

So far my favorite has been the eagle ability just because it’s like a grappling hook. It’s a blast to use.

I’ve also been trying to get all the optional objectives. I want to 100% the DLCs too so those are something I’ll have to work towards too. So far it hasn’t been that bad. Some of the objectives are hard, nowhere near the level of the base game though.

I stopped for today and ended up going back to the first episode to finish a few tasks I missed. I thought they’d be a pain to do but I found I could farm them all by running out of the space where they spawn and running back, then I could keep farming that for the goal. I doubt this will be of any use to anyone, but the location is the hill between Lexington (or Concord, I can’t remember, whichever is closer to Valley Forge) and Valley Forge. I found running across the River and back would force it to spawn and I could repeat that for the 5 “Save the NPC from wolves” goal.

Heyyy, it’s that ship where you chased Charles Lee!

I’ve always been puzzled by the abilities in King Washington. Like, how does George Washington going mad because of the Apple lead to Connor being able to do… all of that? Is this some whacky Isu shit that Juno didn’t see the need to tell him he could do? Or is the Apple just not even bothering to keep things plausible?

All I remember from playing this DLC as it released was the eagle flight, lower feeling production values in things like animations, and how silly it felt to see an evil George Washington. It is a fun romp.

Your thought about the eagle ability being less fun makes me wonder if you’ve played or would like AC Syndicate. You get a grappling hook in that game that makes vertical traversal much easier.

You have permission to not 100% achievements (at least from this Lemmyier… Lemmier?)

Don’t forget that the journey is far more important than the destination, in most cases. Do what thoust will, but need not thee feel burden of completion. Many things cannot be. May I recommend taking recommendations? I wish not to upset balance, I am simply the wind.

It would be also nice if you would rate then while posting screenshots, without details just give it a number out of 10.

This is just a mini game blog, not a review. They plays the same game a lot of days, what they do in-game is a lot more interesting than a score!
