    Oh, I’m sorry.

The country that says they want to annex us, declared economic warfare, is trying to force shared industries to leave, and have thrown unlawful tariffs at us over fake emergencies is perfectly fine.

We’re all just over-reacting! Maybe if we all just get on our knees and they’ll be nice to us again!

We already gave them half the bridge so it would get built.

Their corrupt billionaire class is blocking it because they won’t get the tolls from this one.

The US is blatantly corrupt and they’re losing out on economic value of it doesn’t line the right pockets. That’s how empires die.

The bridge was already half owned. Built by Canada and offered with 50/50 shared ownership. Trumps tantrum was smoke and mirrors.

The relationship isn’t dead, it’s just going through a tough time right now. Half of Americans never voted for Trump and are appalled by all that’s happened. They’re poised to take their country back from all the MAGA insanity, starting with the midterms and over the next few years to follow.

I hope they can take their country back but the way I see it it’s going to be long and bloody before they do. What has begun now cannot be fixed with elections (especially when they can be rigged).

What were the orange baboons demands, wasnt it simply that we end supply side management, and food inflation stops being the fastest in the G7?

Who are these cartel benefiting, and how do I carve out my own government granted monopoly?

The idea that Trump would stop at what he “simply demands” today once he gets satisfaction is so naive that it’s almost cute.

Those “cartels” are Canadian dairy farmers. If you want in on the action, you just need to own a dairy farm.

But, I guess you’d rather they all go bankrupt trying to compete with US factory mega-farms? Wouldn’t it be great if Canadian markets got flooded with US grade-b eggs and raw milk? smh.

So were gonna do the opposite and let all our other industries get tariffed, because we want to protect a special group and prevent people from choosing with their wallet. Canada loves cartels and we love price fixing, we love paying high prices.

I’m going to assume you aren’t Canadian, with this shit? Because it’s pretty bizarre that a Canadian would be advocating for Canadian farmers to be put out of business by US corporations.

Especially given the fact that our system not only protects those farmers, it keeps prices under control and guarantees a reliable supply of products for Canadian consumers.

Meanwhile, the US can’t even manage their own supply chains well enough to keep the price of eggs from skyrocketing. But sure, “Let’s hand the whole thing over to the Americans, because well-managed supply chains = cartels!! Hurr-durr!!”

            Food sovereignty isn’t that complicated.

Here’s a clue: an unregulated market will undermine your food security and sovereignty, and prices are cheap until the market consolidates around the winners.

That remark was so outrageous that it only took two days of polling data for Poilievre to find out that he disagrees with it.

Why he hasn’t been turfed out of the Conservative party is beyond me. Wait … no it isn’t.
